SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES Items that you choose to be shipped “Media” will be mailed within 10 business days of your purchase via the United States Postal Service’s Media Mail. Items that you choose to be shipped “Standard” will be mailed within 10 business days of your purchase via the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Defective items will be replaced with like items at no additional cost to the customer within 15 days of delivery of the item. Please contact us at customerservice@signingsmart.com to replace defective materials. Customers may return items in unopened, resalable condition within 15 days of delivery of the item. The purchase price will be refunded via check. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, and no refund after the 15 days will be granted. Please contact customerservice@signingsmart.com to arrange your return. Instructor curricula have their own set of Policies that are represented in our License Agreement.
